The full refurbishment and internal re-model required building two new extensions over a 12 month program, finishing in July 2023. Hurley House
Construction of Hurley House in Birdham took 11 months, and involved a re-model and extension of the existing property. The house sits just outside the beautiful Birdham harbour, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
1-3 Spire View
Construction of 1-3 Spire View started in late 2017, and completed by us in spring 2019. The name of this development is inspired by its beautiful views overlooking Chichester Cathedral.
Bakery Mews
Bakery Mews was constructed by us in 2016. These stunning properties are situated in the grounds of a listed building, with a gated entrance and beautiful landscaped gardens - just a short walk into the city centre.
